We're all grounded and a strange opportunity is staring us in the face
In these strange times I hope people really focus on what's important, your health, family & friends. In no particular order but if you don't look after yourself it all tends to fall to shit anyway.
Meditation, reading, audiobooks/podcasts long walks and exercise all tend to contribute towards to quality sleep which is No.1 for your sanity and clear thinking
Booze, shit food, Binge watching TV, late nights, too much caffeine all contribute towards shit sleep. Shit sleep tends to = anxiety, negative thinking & lack of clarity
We're all in the shit together, for me that's comforting because I believe now more than ever we'll pull together and get through this.
Focus on what you can control, try not to react to what you can't.
There will always be more time to earn more money, time is finite & there are no time machines, so appreciate what you have now and we'll march trough this shit show together and come out stronger.
We only rise by lifting others ✊
